Any item purchased directly from this site, in new and unused condition is eligible for return within 30 days of the original receipt date. Returned items must be in their original packaging with labels still attached. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shires Equestrian Inc. reserves the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for any item returned in less than new condition.
To return a product, you will need to obtain a return authorization number first. Please email us with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Items purchased through another website or retailer must be returned to that retailer and will not be eligible for return through us directly.
If products are received damaged, please email us within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement. We will not issue replacements for claims made beyond the 14 day window.
Products will only be deemed defective if it is a result of manufacturing, not normal wear and tear or misuse. If you believe that your item is defective, please contact us so we can investigate further. You may be asked to provide photographs of your defective item. If your item is found to be defective a replacement will be issued. In the event the original product is no longer available, you will be offered a replacement of equal or similar value.
Shipping your Return
Items are your responsibility until they are received by our warehouse. We strongly recommend shipping your items with tracking so you can monitor their status until they arrive with us. Items should be sent to the below address –
